1. SECURE PAYMENT
1.1. Payment platforms:
The payment platforms at www.tactica111.com and www.tactica111.es are all SSL.
In addition, we have the Redsys virtual TPV of BBVA and Paypal, both formidablely secure, and that support all types of cards, including the most used (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
2.1 Shipment of packages:
As a general rule, packages will be sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment. The shipment will be made through transportation companies that always include a tracking number and location. These may vary, and include: Seur, Nacex, DHL, UPS or Express Mail.
If the client prefers a more urgent shipment or with special characteristics, an additional charge will be applied that will be variable depending on the type of shipment, and will be notified of the costs before the same for its approval.
Regardless of the type of shipment chosen, a link will be provided so that the customer can follow their order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs can vary according to the total weight of the package or the shipping address (province or country).
We advise the client to group all his articles in the same order to speed up and avoid delays and to receive orders that have been skipped.
We can not combine two different orders, so the shipping costs will be applied for each of them individually.
We are not responsible for the damages that a package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
3. RETURNS POLICY
3.1. Policy of changes and / or returns, returns by mail, and refunds:
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, Tāctica 1-11 ® allows you to change the size of the item purchased, return it, or change it for a different model, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from date of receipt, as long as the garment has not been used or damaged. However, changes or returns of used or damaged garments will not be accepted (as long as it is not a tare, which is highly unlikely since each product is examined, packed and shipped with the utmost care).
Unless the return is for a factory tare, the initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and the shipping costs of the return will be paid by the customer.
3.2. Procedure for changes and / or returns by mail:
All returns must be made by mail.
Any return of the items purchased must be carefully packaged, and the customer will be reimbursed the amount of the product once Tāctica 1-11 ® receives it and has checked its status.
Tāctica 1-11 ® is not responsible for the losses or damages suffered during the transport of return, so it is recommended that the return is made by registered post or with acknowledgment of receipt, or with a reliable company and that allows to have a number tracking and location of your shipments, as well as insurance for loss.
The shipping costs of the products that you wish to change or return by mail will be paid by the customer and in no case Tāctica 1-11 ® will accept returns sent to freight collect.
To proceed with a return, the customer will first contact Tāctica 1-11 ® through firstname.lastname@example.org, and will notify of their intention to make a return / change and the reasons. Tāctica 1-11 ® will answer with an acknowledgment of receipt and will provide the customer with a shipping address to receive the item.
3.3. Reimbursement procedure:
The customer will be reimbursed the amount of the product once Tāctica 1-11 ® receives it and has checked its status.
Tāctica 1-11 ® will verify that it is in good condition and will proceed to send the required size if a change has been requested or will proceed to the reimbursement of the amount. The refund amount will not include the initial shipping costs of the product unless it is a return for a tare or defect in the factory.
The term for the reimbursement can vary between 3 and 12 working days since the return is received and verified the status of the returned items. The payment of the returned items will always be made in the same form of payment used in the purchase, and the customer will be informed via email. It could take several more days to become effective (since it will depend on the payment method, bank, etc).
In the event that an article different from the one requested has been sent by mistake or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, Tāctica 1-11 ®, once the product has been received and the error or defect verified, will pay the amount of the product. Returned item and shipping costs. In the event that an order with error or tare is returned by ordinary postal mail, Tāctica 1-11 ® will make the corresponding payment for return transportation as long as the customer includes in the package the voucher for return costs. To make the payment of the orders paid by bank transfer, the client must indicate to Tāctica 1-11 ® an IBAN code so that the corresponding amount can be paid. The IBAN code must belong to a banking entity of the country to which the order is sent.
